- Develop written search assignment guidelines, specific research areas, and accountability timelines for approval.
- Search for candidates who match the specific criteria important to your company.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ major strengths, weaknesses and suitability.
- Conduct extensive reference research to verify candidate credentials.
- Present research and background information, such as employment record and salary requirements and provide our consultant evaluation as completely and accurately as requested or possible.
- Safeguard confidential information that is provided by you to assist in the search assignment.
- Follow up on placed candidates to facilitate transition. A placed candidates will not be solicited for other positions while in the employ of our client company.
