  • Develop written search assignment guidelines, specific research areas, and accountability timelines for approval.
  • Search for candidates who match the specific criteria important to your company.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ major strengths, weaknesses and suitability.
  • Conduct extensive reference research to verify candidate credentials.
  • Present research and background information, such as employment record and salary requirements and provide our consultant evaluation as completely and accurately as requested or possible.
  • Safeguard confidential information that is provided by you to assist in the search assignment.
  • Follow up on placed candidates to facilitate transition.  A placed candidates will not be solicited for other positions while in the employ of our client company.
